Automatic dismounting and mounting equipment for building aluminum formwork
The invention discloses automatic dismounting and mounting equipment for a building aluminum formwork. The equipment comprises a supporting base, wherein the left end and the right end of the supporting base are provided with supporting mechanisms which are used for supporting the lower end of a supporting rod and can be used for straightening the lower end of the supporting rod; the upper side of the supporting base is further provided with a bearing mechanism for bearing beam formworks at the upper ends of the walls on two sides and an alignment mechanism for alignment of the supporting rods. When the supporting rod is in butt joint with the beam formwork, the device is moved to the upper end and the lower end of the supporting rod of the clamping column, after the supporting height of the supporting rod is adjusted, the beam formwork is supported through the device, after supporting, the upper end of the supporting rod is clamped to vertically move downwards, and the supporting rod in the device can move to adjust the angle; and after the angle of the supporting rod is adjusted, the supporting rod is manually extended and fixed, so that vertical supporting and fixing of the supporting rod are completed, the perpendicularity of the supporting rod during mounting is guaranteed, and a series of problems caused by insufficient perpendicularity during manual mounting of the supporting rod are solved.
