The invention provides a modular installation method for a tower type solar heat collector and a platform in a tower. The modular installation method is characterized by comprising the following steps that a tower body is poured; a pipeline is installed in the tower body, meanwhile, a heat collector needing to be installed on the tower body and each working platform serve as an independent integral module, and assembling of all the integral modules is completed on a construction site outside the tower body; the integral modules are sequentially fed into the tower body through openings in the side faces of the cubic sections of the tower body and are integrally hoisted to the set height, and each integral module is supported at the actual in-position height through a supporting beam at the bottom of the integral module; and after secondary grouting is conducted, installation of the heat collector and all the working platforms is completed. Modularized construction is adopted for the heat collector and the working platform in the tower, the construction difficulty and the safety risk can be effectively reduced, the construction efficiency can be improved, the construction period of the tower type photo-thermal project is greatly shortened, and the economic and social benefits are remarkable.
本发明提供了一种塔式太阳能集热器和塔内平台模块化安装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:浇筑塔身;在塔身内安装管道,同时,将需要安装在塔身上的集热器以及每个工作平台都作为一个独立的整体模块,在塔身外的施工场地上分别完成各个整体模块的组装;通过塔身立方体段侧面的开口依序将整体模块送入塔身内,并整体吊装至设定高度,每个整体模块通过其底部的支撑梁被支撑在实际就位高度;进行二次灌浆后,完成集热器以及所有工作平台的安装。集热器和塔内工作平台采用模块化施工,可以有效降低施工难度及安全风险,还能够提高施工效率,大幅度地缩短了塔式光热项目的施工工期,经济及社会效益也有显著成效。
