The invention relates to the technical field of water supply systems, in particular to a modular manufacturing method of a water meter chamber. The invention discloses the modular manufacturing method of the water meter chamber. The modular manufacturing method comprises the following steps including a preparation step, specifically, manufacturing resin and alkali-free fibers into thermosetting sheets; a laying step, specifically, laying a plurality of layers of thermosetting sheets at the opening and closing part of a steel grinding tool; a pressing step, specifically, heating the steel grinding tool at a preset temperature, pressurizing the steel grinding tool at a preset pressure, and closing the steel grinding tool; and a trepanning step, specifically, taking out a chamber body or a water accumulation containing tank from the steel grinding tool, and using a trepanning machine for trepanning the chamber body or the water accumulation containing tank. By means of the modular manufacturing method, the thermosetting sheets made of the resin and the alkali-free fibers are used as a base material, and the water meter chamber made of the thermosetting sheets is high in density, high and uniform in overall strength, resistant to corrosion, light in weight, excellent in waterproof capacity, neat and flat in appearance and uniform in color without being polished, does not generate dust and peculiar smell pollution without being polished and completely conforms to the environmental protection method.
