Novel black phosphorus/calcium phosphate bone cement and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses novel black phosphorus/calcium phosphate bone cement and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, black phosphorus is in the form of nanosheets or quantum dots; calcium phosphate comprises anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate, and tricalcium phosphate or tetracalcium phosphate; the anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate is obtained by ball-milling calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate with absolute ethyl alcohol as a ball-milling medium through a wet ball-milling method and drying the ball-milled calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate; the tetracalcium phosphate or the tricalcium phosphate and the anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate are mixed according to a mass ratio of 1: 1 so as to obtain calcium phosphate bone cement powder; a curing liquid of the bone cement is an aqueous citric acid solution with a concentration of 20 wt%, and the pH value of citric acid is adjusted to 4 by using a sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 0.1 mol/L; a solid-to-liquid ratio of the hydrated bone cement is 0.5 ml/g; and the black phosphorus nanosheets and black phosphorus quantum dots prepared by a liquid phase stripping method and an ultrasonic dispersion method are dispersed into the curing liquid or unstripped black phosphorus powder is doped into the bone cement powder to obtain the calcium phosphate bone cement doped with black phosphorus. The method has the characteristics of simple and easy operation, environment friendliness and the like.
一种新型黑磷/磷酸钙骨水泥及其制备方法。所述黑磷的形态是纳米片或者量子点；磷酸钙包括无水磷酸氢钙、磷酸三钙或磷酸四钙。通过将磷酸氢钙二水合物以无水乙醇作为球磨介质通过湿球磨法球磨烘干后得到无水磷酸氢钙。将磷酸四钙或磷酸三钙与无水磷酸氢钙以质量比1：1混合，得到磷酸钙骨水泥粉末。骨水泥的固化液选用20 wt%的柠檬酸水溶液，并用0.1 mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液将柠檬酸的pH值调到4。水化骨水泥的固液比为0.5 ml/g。通过液相剥离法和超声分散法制得的黑磷纳米片和黑磷量子点分散在上述固化液中或将未剥离的黑磷粉末掺入骨水泥粉末中得到掺杂黑磷的磷酸钙骨水泥。本发明具有操作简单易行及环境友好等特点。
