Geopolymer self-compacting concrete, concrete product and preparation method thereof
The invention provides geopolymer self-compacting concrete, a concrete product and a preparation method thereof. The geopolymer self-compacting concrete is prepared from a cementing material, aggregate, an alkali activator, copolyformaldehyde fibers, water, curdlan and sodium gluconate, wherein the cementing material is a mixture of fly ash and aluminate cement, the aggregate is a mixture of sand and stones, the alkali activator is a mixture of solid sodium hydroxide and a sodium silicate solution, and more aluminum-rich gel is generated in a strong alkaline environment. According to the invention, the Young modulus of the aluminum-rich gel is obviously lower than that of hydrated calcium silicate, so that the elastic modulus of the self-compacting concrete is reduced on the premise of ensuring the compressive strength; by doping the polyformaldehyde fibers, initiation and expansion of cracks in the concrete are inhibited, and the anti-cracking performance is improved; and by adding curdlan, the self-compacting performance of the concrete is enhanced, and the fiber dispersing capacity is enhanced.
