The invention discloses an in-situ synthesized mullite whisker reinforced acid-resistant brick. A preparation method for the brick comprises the following steps: mixing 50-70% by weight of bauxite, 20-40% by weight of kaolin, 2-10% by weight of feldspar powder, 2-10% by weight of talcum powder and 1-8% by weight of a sintering aid, adding a proper amount of water, carrying out ball milling and mixing, aging a formed mixture, carrying out vacuum pugging, carrying out pressure molding, putting a molded product into a drying room for drying, keeping the temperature of a dried product at 1300-1500 DEG C for 3-8 hours, and carrying out a solid-phase reaction to synthesize a mullite whisker in situ by using aluminum oxide and silicon oxide. According to the invention, the heat shock resistance and the service life of the acid-resistant brick can be improved, and the manufacturing cost of the acid-resistant brick can be reduced. The service life of production equipment can be prolonged, and production cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种原位合成莫来石晶须增强耐酸砖,它用下述方法制备而成:按重量百分计,将铝矾土50~70%、高岭土20~40%、长石粉2~10%、滑石粉2~10%、烧结助剂1~8%混合后,加入适量水球磨混合,再将混合料陈腐,再经真空练泥后压力成型,成型后的产品放入烘房烘干,将烘干的产品在1300~1500℃温度下,保温时间3~8小时,通过固相反应使氧化铝和氧化硅原位合成莫来石晶须。本发明不仅可以提高耐酸砖的抗热冲击性能和使用寿命,还有助于降低耐酸砖的制造成本。能有助于延长生产设备的使用寿命,降低生产成本。
