Overpass bridge swivel construction method applied to narrow limited operation space
The invention discloses an overpass bridge swivel construction method applied to a narrow limited operation space, which comprises the following steps: step 1, construction preparation: (1) investigating the current situation of a bridge structure to be swiveled; (2) designing, consulting and demonstrating a scheme; and (3) performing construction scheme disclosure. Under the condition that normal passing and effective protection of the expressway and the overpass are guaranteed, main body transformation of a bridge lower structure (bridge abutments and bridge piers) and leads is completed firstly, foundation treatment of an overpass rotation moving path is prepared, and emergency lanes and overtaking lanes of the overpass and the expressway are closed; and then the upper structure of the bridge is stably jacked, rotated and descended to a designed bridge site by adopting eight groups of module vehicles, a new support is installed, the rest part of the bridge abutment and the approach road are transformed and connected, and finally green connection and protection of a site road side slope are well done, so that a good environment is provided for large traffic conversion at the first stage of an expressway.
本发明公开了一种应用于狭小受限作业空间的上跨桥转体施工方法,括如下步骤:步骤一:施工准备,(1)待转体桥梁结构现状调查;(2)方案设计、咨询与论证;(3)施工方案交底。本发明在保证高速公路与天桥正常通行并有效防护条件下,先完成桥梁下部结构(桥台、桥墩)与引线的主体改造,准备天桥转体移运路径的地基基础处置,封闭天桥及高速公路应急车道、超车道,然后采用8组模块车对桥梁上部结构稳步顶升、旋转、下降至设计桥位,安装新支座,再完成桥台剩余部分与引道改造、衔接,最后做好现场道路边坡的绿色衔接与防护,为高速公路第一阶段交通大转换提供良好环境。
