The totally-closed sound barrier comprises a set of door-shaped frames which are sequentially fixed to a ground foundation front and back, each door-shaped frame comprises a left H-shaped steel stand column and a right H-shaped steel stand column which are vertically arranged, the tops of the two H-shaped steel stand columns are connected with an arched H-shaped steel top beam, and at least one set of cross beams I are transversely arranged between the front H-shaped steel stand columns and the rear H-shaped steel stand columns which are adjacent front and back; at least one group of cross beams II are transversely arranged between the front and back adjacent H-shaped steel top beams; a group of transparent sound barrier plates are arranged between the front and back adjacent H-shaped steel stand columns, a group of foamed aluminum sound barrier plates are respectively arranged above and below the transparent sound barrier plates, and the foamed aluminum sound barrier plates and the transparent sound barrier plates are inserted into flanges of the H-shaped steel stand columns; a transparent top plate is arranged at the top of the sound barrier; damping devices I are obliquely arranged on the left and right side surfaces of the sound barrier; the totally-closed sound barrier is good in sound absorption and insulation effect, excellent in energy absorption and fireproof performance and long in service life and has the damping function.
