The invention discloses a pile hammer sleeve limiting device easy to assemble and disassemble. The device comprises a hammer sleeve; one end of the hammer sleeve is connected with a pile hammer, and the other end of the hammer sleeve is used for being connected with a steel pipe pile in a sleeved mode; eight sets of limiting device bodies are arranged on the inner wall of the hammer sleeve; each limiting device body comprises two fixed clamping plates and a movable clamping plate; the two fixed clamping plates are symmetrically welded to the inner wall of the hammer sleeve; each movable clamping plate is arranged in a gap between the corresponding two fixed clamping plates; grooves are formed in the upper ends of the fixed clamping plates; convex ribs are arranged on the movable clamping plates; the movable clamping plates are supported on the fixed clamping plates through matching of the convex ribs and the grooves; and the fixed clamping plates and the movable clamping plates are limited and fixed through fixing bolts. Compared with an existing method for welding rib plates in the hammer sleeve, only the movable clamping plates need to be replaced for steel pipe piles of different sizes, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, the working time is shortened, a large number of steel plate materials are saved, and the irreversible loss damage to a hammer sleeve base material due to repeated shoveling and welding is avoided.
