The device comprises an energy-saving coupler used for being in transmission connection with the output end of an engine and the input end of a main pump, wherein when the energy-saving coupler is combined, power transmission is achieved between the engine and the main pump, and when the energy-saving coupler is disengaged, power transmission between the engine and the main pump is interrupted; a hydraulic control system used for realizing combination or separation of the energy-saving coupler according to a control instruction of a controller; and the controller electrically connected with the engine and used for collecting operation parameters of the engine and sending a control instruction to the hydraulic control system based on the operation parameters of the engine and the selected control mode.
