The invention relates to the technical field of keel mounting equipment, and particularly relates to a keel clamping and inserting device. The keel clamping and inserting device comprises a main rail and a connecting part; a connecting groove is formed in the connecting part, and the connecting part is slidably connected with the main rail through the connecting groove; an inserting groove used for being connected with a keel in an inserted mode is further formed in the connecting part; and when the keel is connected with the inserting groove in the inserted mode, the keel can slide in the forming direction of the inserting groove. In the prior art, although an effective keel mounting mode is provided, fixed mounting point positions are mostly adopted, so that the relative positions of all parts are difficult to adjust in different mounting environments. Compared with the prior art, the connecting mode of all the parts mostly adopts clamping and inserting modes, the number of fixed mounting points is effectively reduced, so that the relative positions of all the parts are convenient to adjust, the universality is effectively improved, the positions of the mounting points do not need to be redesigned, then the mounting cost is reduced, and the mounting efficiency is improved.
