The invention discloses a plugging and anti-seepage construction method for through-wall bolt holes of a concrete outer wall. The method comprises the following steps that a plurality of plastic plugging plates, a plurality of reusable iron pull rings and a plurality of cylindrical cement plugging columns are prepared; the cylindrical connecting sections of the iron pull rings are inserted into blind holes, then one sides of plastic discs with plastic cylinders are dipped in the polyurethane waterproof coating, then the plastic cylinders are inserted into one side of the upstream face of the through-wall bolt holes of the concrete outer wall one by one, the plastic discs are pressed on the outer wall of the concrete outer wall of the building, and finally, the outer walls of the plastic discs are pressed, and the iron pull rings are pulled out; and after the polyurethane waterproof coating is naturally solidified, a foaming agent is filled into one side of the downstream face of the through-wall bolt hole of the concrete outer wall, and before the foaming agent is solidified, the cylindrical cement plugging columns are placed into one side of the downstream face of the through-wall bolt holes, and the outer walls of the cylindrical cement plugging columns are flush with the wall face of the downstream face of the concrete outer wall. 本发明公开了一种混凝土外墙穿墙螺栓孔封堵及防渗漏施工方法,包括以下步骤:分别制备多个塑料封堵板、多个可重复使用的铁拉环以及多个圆柱形水泥封堵柱;将铁拉环的圆柱形连接段插入盲孔内,然后将带有塑料圆柱体的塑料圆片一侧蘸取聚氨酯防水涂料,再将塑料圆柱体逐个插入混凝土外墙的穿墙螺栓孔的迎水面一侧且使塑料圆片压在建筑物的混凝土外墙的外壁上,最后压住塑料圆片的外壁,拔出铁拉环;待聚氨酯防水涂料自然凝固后,向混凝土外墙的穿墙螺栓孔背水面一侧内充入发泡剂,在发泡剂凝固前,将圆柱形水泥封堵柱置入穿墙螺栓孔的背水面一侧内且圆柱形水泥封堵柱外壁与混凝土外墙的背水面墙面平齐。采用本方法封堵严密,防渗漏效果好。
