The assembly platform comprises at least four fixing piles, at least two stress blocking pieces, at least two stress supporting pieces and a support. The at least four fixing piles are connected into a whole through the support and form an installation space in a surrounding mode, and the at least one horizontal shaft hydro-generator is installed in the installation space. One end of each fixing pile is fixed on a seabed in a piling mode, and the other end extends above the water surface. The at least four fixing piles are arranged in a left row and a right row in the water flow direction, and each row of fixing piles are arranged in the water flow direction. The at least two stress blocking pieces are fixed to the corresponding fixing piles or the support respectively and located on the left side and the right side of the horizontal shaft hydro-generator below the water surface in the water flow direction. One ends of the at least two stress supporting pieces are installed on the left side and the right side of the horizontal shaft hydro-generator in the water flow direction respectively, and the other ends of the at least two stress supporting pieces abut against the corresponding stress blocking pieces respectively.
