The invention provides novel self-healing pavement concrete capable of absorbing automobile exhaust. The novel self-healing pavement concrete comprises 50-70kg/m < 3 > of steel slag powder, 300-350kg/m < 3 > of slag powder, 30-50kg/m < 3 > of cement, 300-500kg/m < 3 > of self-made fluorescent stone resin, 500-600kg/m < 3 > of steel slag aggregate with the particle size of 0-5mm, 1200-1300kg/m < 3 > of steel slag aggregate with the particle size of 0-10mm, 190-210kg/m < 3 > of water and 15-30kg/m < 3 > of self-made capsule particles. The self-made capsule internally contains active calcium oxide and externally contains macromolecular polymers such as paraffin, the capsule can be melted at a certain critical temperature, the capsule is intact when the concrete has no cracks and is at normal temperature, and the capsule is broken under the action of automobile exhaust and reacts with carbon dioxide in the exhaust to form calcium carbonate to repair the concrete when the concrete cracks. The novel self-healing pavement concrete not only can consume mineral slag and steel slag solid waste in places, but also has high-strength and high-durability physical properties, meanwhile, when the concrete is cracked, the effects of absorbing automobile exhaust and healing the concrete can be achieved by means of the self-made capsule particles, and the purposes of making the best use of materials, turning waste into wealth, saving energy and reducing emission are achieved.
本发明提供一种可吸收汽车尾气的新型自愈合路面混凝土,其单位体积质量为钢渣粉50‑70kg/m3,矿渣粉300‑350kg/m3,水泥30‑50kg/m3,自制荧光石树脂300‑500kg/m3,0‑5mm粒径钢渣骨料500‑600kg/m3,0‑10mm粒径钢渣骨料1200‑1300kg/m3,水190‑210kg/m3,自制胶囊颗粒15‑30kg/m3。该自制胶囊,内部含有活性氧化钙,外部为石蜡这样的大分子聚合物,在一定临界温度可融化,当混凝土没有裂缝和常温下,胶囊完好,当混凝土开裂,并在汽车尾气的作用下,胶囊破裂,与尾气中二氧化碳反应形成碳酸钙,修复混凝土。该新型自愈合路面混凝土不仅能消耗地方上的矿渣和钢渣固废,还具有高强度、高耐久的物理性能,同时当混凝土开裂时,还能借助自制胶囊颗粒实现吸收汽车尾气,愈合混凝土的功效,实现物尽其用、变废为宝、节能减排。
