Gradient density carbon-ceramic composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a gradient density carbon-ceramic composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a porous carbon fiber matrix; preparing a carbon-ceramic panel with uniform density by using the porous carbon fiber matrix; determining a threshold value of the number of times of preparation of the carbon-ceramic panel with the gradient density from the carbon-ceramic panel with the uniform density; determining the volume of the precursor solution required when the carbon-ceramic panel with uniform density is impregnated every time; pouring the precursor solution into a pressure container containing a carbon-ceramic panel with uniform density according to the volume required by each time of impregnation, and sequentially performing vacuum impregnation, curing and sintering to finish one-time preparation until the preparation times reach a preparation time threshold value, so as to obtain the carbon-ceramic panel with gradient density; and compounding a high-emissivity coating on the surface of the gradient-density carbon-ceramic panel to obtain the gradient-density carbon-ceramic composite material. The gradient density carbon-ceramic composite material prepared by the invention has the advantages of light weight, excellent temperature resistance and excellent heat insulation performance.
本发明提供了一种梯度密度碳‑陶瓷复合材料及其制备方法,该方法包括:制备多孔碳纤维基体;利用多孔碳纤维基体制备密度均匀的碳‑陶瓷面板;确定由密度均匀的碳‑陶瓷面板得到梯度密度的碳‑陶瓷面板的制备次数阈值;确定每次浸渍密度均匀的碳‑陶瓷面板时所需的前驱体溶液的体积;将前驱体溶液按照每次浸渍所需的体积倒入容纳有密度均匀的碳‑陶瓷面板的压力容器中,依次进行真空浸渍、固化和烧结,完成一次制备,直至制备的次数达到制备次数阈值,得到梯度密度的碳‑陶瓷面板;在梯度密度的碳‑陶瓷面板的表面复合高发射率涂层,得到梯度密度碳‑陶瓷复合材料。本发明制备的梯度密度碳‑陶瓷复合材料兼具轻量化、优异的耐温性能和隔热性能。
