According to a prepared water reducing agent, under the condition that strength is kept unchanged, cement consumption is reduced, and cost is lowered; under the condition that working performance is not changed or enhanced, the use amount of mixing water is reduced, a water-cement ratio is decreased, and the strength of the concrete is greatly improved; under the condition that the working performance and the strength of the concrete are not changed, creep, dry shrinkage and cement hydration heat are reduced, the durability of the concrete is improved, and the service life of a concrete workpiece is greatly prolonged; and after the water reducing agent is added into the concrete, the strength of the concrete can be improved within a short time, and sprayed concrete construction is facilitated.
