The invention discloses a reinforced concrete stiff skeleton combined bearing platform which comprises a bearing platform body and a framework; the bearing platform body is composed of reinforcing steel bars and concrete; the framework is arranged in the bearing platform body; the framework is composed of a plurality of lower chords and cross beams, the lower chords are arranged in parallel at equal intervals, the cross beams are arranged between the lower chords, the cross beams are arranged between each set of parallel lower chords, the cross beams are arranged in parallel at equal intervals, and the two ends of each cross beam are fixedly connected with the lower chords; and the framework with the stable plane is formed by connecting the two parallel lower chords through the cross beams, a structure used for being anchored with a pile foundation is formed in the bearing platform body, the horizontal load resisting capacity of a main pier is effectively improved, meanwhile, the size of the bearing platform can be reduced, the bearing platform adapts to a more complex environment, a bridge span is reduced, and the construction difficulty of the bearing platform and the influence on the surrounding environment can be reduced.
