The river dredging supervision system comprises a plurality of Bluetooth broadcast stations (11), a first Bluetooth positioning device (12), a processing unit (10) and a cloud end, and the multiple Bluetooth broadcast stations (11) are arranged on at least one side of a to-be-dredged river at intervals along the to-be-dredged river; the first Bluetooth positioning device (12) is fixedly arranged on a ship body (141) of a long-suspension-arm excavating ship (14); the Bluetooth broadcast stations (11) are used for receiving a signal of the first Bluetooth positioning device (12); the processing unit (10) is used for analyzing first position information of the first Bluetooth positioning device (12) through the signal; the cloud end is used for generating a first operation point according to the first position information of the first position information exceeding a set time threshold value at the same position; the cloud end is further used for judging whether all the first operation points completely cover the to-be-dredged river or not and whether the distance between every two adjacent first operation points is within a set range or not after dredging is finished, and if yes, it is judged that the dredging project is qualified; and otherwise, it is judged that the dredging engineering is unqualified.
