The invention discloses a narrow groove shallow flat plate load test method. The narrow groove shallow flat plate load test method comprises the following steps that a narrow groove is excavated, whether the width of the groove meets the requirement is detected, and side vertical assemblies are inserted into the side wall of the narrow groove; a force bearing steel plate is placed at the bottom of the narrow groove, and the distances from the force bearing steel plate to the side vertical assemblies on the two sides are the same; the two ends of a profile steel reaction frame are welded to the side vertical assemblies, and the distance between a lower flange plate and an upper surface of the force bearing steel plate is kept larger than the static height of a jack; and whether the center of the profile steel reaction frame is aligned with the center of the bearing steel plate is detected, the jack abuts against the position between the profile steel reaction frame and the bearing steel plate, and a displacement monitoring probe is used for detecting the moving position of the bearing steel plate. The problems that in the prior art, a narrow groove shallow plate load test is high in dangerousness, poor in stability and inconvenient to test are solved in a force transmission mode, a large number of concrete blocks or sand bags do not need to be arranged, operation is easy and convenient, overall movement can be achieved, and testing is easy and convenient.
本发明公开了一种狭窄沟槽浅层平板载荷试验方法,开挖狭窄沟槽,检测沟槽宽度是否满足要求,将侧部立式组件插接于狭窄沟槽的侧壁处;将承力钢板放置于狭窄沟槽的底部,使承力钢板到两侧的侧部立式组件的距离相同;将型钢反力架的两端焊接于侧部立式组件,保持下翼缘板与承力钢板的上表面之间的距离大于千斤顶的静态高度;检测型钢反力架的中心是否与承力钢板的中心对齐,将千斤顶抵触在型钢反力架和承力钢板之间,使用位移监测探头检测承力钢板的移动位置。采用力的传递方式解决了现有技术中狭窄沟槽浅层平板载荷试验危险性高、稳定性差、试验不方便的问题,无需设置大量混凝土块或沙袋,操作简便且可以整体移动,测试简便。
