The invention provides a precast beam bottom bar anchorage device, a precast beam composed of the precast beam bottom bar anchorage device and a connecting joint. A precast beam bottom bar is anchored to a joint area at the beam end through a flexible steel wire rope or a prestressed bar, one end of the steel wire rope or the prestressed bar presses a straight thread sleeve to be mechanically connected with the precast beam bottom bar through a straight thread sleeve connector, and the anchoring sleeve is pressed at the other end to enhance the anchoring performance of the steel wire rope or the prestressed tendon in the joint area. The precast beam bottom bar is anchored in the joint area through the flexible steel wire rope or the prestressed bar, the problems of steel bar collision and the like caused by the fact that a traditional prefabricated beam bottom bar directly stretches into the joint area to be anchored can be solved, the precast beam installation efficiency is improved, and machining allowable errors are relieved; and meanwhile, the minimum width of the precast beam constructed by adopting the anchorage device and the connecting joint can be reduced by more than 100mm compared with that of the precast beam constructed by adopting the traditional form.
