The entrance access control device comprises an access gate channel for access and an access controller; the gate channel comprises a base, an upper seat and a plurality of supporting stand columns arranged on the two sides of the position between the base and the upper seat, and two arc partition plates are fixed to the base in an axial symmetry mode; a weighing scale with a circular panel is mounted on the upper surface of the base between the two arc partition plates; an entrance crossing and an exit crossing are formed between the two arc partition plates; a round through hole is formed in the upper seat; the upper side of the upper seat is provided with a supporting guide disc inserted into the circular through hole; two laterally-opened entrance gates are matched with entrance door openings of the two arc partition plates; and the exit openings of the arc partition plates are matched with two laterally-opened exit gates. The two fixed arc partition plates, the two inlet gates of the inlet door and the two outlet gates of the outlet door are combined to form an isolation room, residents can pass through the isolation room through multiple authentication, trailing persons are isolated, and the personal safety of the residents is protected.
