Special additive for machine-made sand plastering mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of buildings, and particularly discloses a special additive for machine-made sand plastering mortar and a preparation method of the special additive. The admixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-20 parts of cellulose ether, 1-5 parts of starch ether, 7-12 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-11 parts of a thickening agent, 2-10 parts of an air entraining agent, 1-4 parts of magnesium aluminum silicate, 5-10 parts of a retarder and 40-60 parts of water; the preparation method comprises the following steps: dividing water into two parts, uniformly mixing the water reducing agent with one part of water, then adding the cellulose ether and the starch ether while stirring, and carrying out uniform stirring to obtain a mixture I; adding a thickening agent, an air entraining agent, magnesium aluminum silicate and a retarder into the other part of water under stirring, and carrying out uniform stirring to obtain a mixture II; and stirring the mixture I and the mixture II for 2-3 hours to obtain the admixture. When the admixture is used in the machine-made sand plastering mortar, the construction performance of the machine-made sand plastering mortar can be remarkably improved.
