The invention discloses an artificial aggregate based on polypropylene fibers and waste incineration bottom ash and a preparation method of the artificial aggregate. The preparation method comprises the steps of providing the waste incineration bottom ash with the particle size of 0-2mm; mixing a mineral admixture, cement and polypropylene fibers to obtain a first mixture; mixing the first mixture with the waste incineration bottom ash to obtain a second mixture; performing granulation treatment on the second mixture to obtain aggregate particles; and performing maintenance treatment on the aggregate particles to obtain the artificial aggregate. According to the invention, the waste incineration bottom ash with the particle size of 0-2mm is prepared into the artificial aggregate, the polypropylene fibers are doped into the artificial aggregate, and the polypropylene fibers are doped into the artificial aggregate by adopting a scientific and reasonable process, so that the performance of the artificial aggregate is effectively improved. The prepared artificial aggregate is excellent in performance, the production process is simple, reutilization of resources is achieved, environment protection is facilitated, land waste caused by landfill of waste incineration bottom ash is reduced, the performance of the material is improved from the aspect of concrete materials, and certain social benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种基于聚丙烯纤维和垃圾焚烧底灰的人造骨料及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括步骤:提供粒径为0‑2mm的垃圾焚烧底灰;将矿物掺合料、水泥与聚丙烯纤维混合,得到第一混合料;将所述第一混合料与所述垃圾焚烧底灰混合,得到第二混合料;将所述第二混合料进行造粒处理,得到骨料颗粒;将所述骨料颗粒进行养护处理,得到人造骨料。本发明将粒径为0‑2mm的垃圾焚烧底灰制备成人造骨料,并在人造骨料中掺入聚丙烯纤维,且采用科学合理的工艺掺入所述聚丙烯纤维,有效提高人造骨料性能。本发明制备得到的人造骨料性能优良、生产过程简单、实现了资源的再利用化,既利于保护环境,减少垃圾焚烧底灰填埋带来的土地浪费,又从混凝土材料层面提高了材料的性能,具有一定的社会效益。
