The invention provides high-compactness waterproof mortar and a preparation process thereof. The preparation process comprises the following preparation steps: S1, preparing raw materials; S2, preparing a modified material: putting montmorillonite and limestone into a ball mill for grinding, screening after grinding to obtain mixed fixed powder, then adding a sulfuric acid solution into the mixed fixed powder, and stirring and mixing through a stirrer to obtain a dispersed mixed solution; S3, adding a certain amount of sodium hydroxide solution into the dispersed mixed solution obtained in the step 2, stirring, mixing, heating and grinding to obtain modified powder; S4, stirring and mixing the sulfate cement, the machine-made sand and the straw granules; and S5, putting the material obtained in the step S4 into a reaction kettle, controlling the temperature to be 120-135 DEG C, then sequentially adding a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, organic silicon, a defoaming agent, cellulose ether, polyethylene glycol stearate, ethylene and vinyl acetate, stirring and mixing for 2-3 hours, then adding the modified material, and stirring for 20-45 minutes to obtain the waterproof mortar.
本发明提供一种高密实性的防水砂浆及其制备工艺,包括以下制备步骤:S1原材料准备;S2改性材料制备:将蒙脱土和石灰石投入球磨机中进行研磨,研磨完后在进行筛分处理得到混合固定粉末,然后在将混合固定粉末中加入硫酸溶液,在通过搅拌器进行搅拌混合得到分散混合液;S3:将步骤2中得到的分散混合液重加入一定量的氢氧化钠溶液,在搅拌混合、加热研磨呈改性粉料;S4:将硫酸盐水泥、机制砂和秸秆颗粒料进行搅拌混合;S5:将步骤S4得到的材料至于反应釜内,控制温度在120°‑135°之间,然后在依次加入聚羧酸减水剂、有机硅、消泡剂、纤维素醚、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、乙烯和醋酸乙烯酯,当搅拌混合2‑3h后在加入改性材料,搅拌20‑45min得到防水砂浆。
