The invention discloses modified recycled aggregate concrete with a wave transmission function and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of building materials. The modified recycled aggregate concreteis prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 400 to 450 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 40 to 80 parts of a mineral admixture, 30 to 42 parts of composite plant fiber, 11 to 18 parts of a composite metal salt, 101 to 138 parts of a wave transmission material, 700 to 900 parts of natural sand, 800 to 1100 parts of modified recycled coarse aggregate, 85 to 150 parts of mixing water and 2 to 5 parts of a water reducing agent, wherein the wave transmission material is obtained by mixing chopped basalt fiber, polymethyl methacrylate, a polytetrafluoroethylene concentrated dispersion liquid and quartz chopped fiber, and the modified recycled coarse aggregate is obtained by treating silicon nitride ceramic fragments, glass beads and polytetrafluoroethylene waste plastic particles. According to the invention, the 28-day compressive strength of the concrete can reach 49-53 MPa, and within the frequency range of 4-18 GHz, the bandwidth with the wave transmission rate larger than -3dB is larger than 8.2 GHz.
