The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-strength alumina ceramic base material, which comprises the steps of weighing various required raw materials such as alumina, bentonite, a compound stabilizer, a defoaming agent, a sintering aid, barium sulfate, calcium-magnesium minerals and graphene according to a formula, feeding into a ball mill, and fully ball-milling the prepared raw materials; fully mixing the ball-milling material added into the ball mill with an organic forming adhesive, and carrying out ball-milling treatment through the ball mill again; drying the raw materials, and performing isostatic pressing forming, rolling forming or axial pressure forming to obtain a green body; and treating the green body, discharging the organic forming adhesive, discharging the green body to obtain a biscuit, sintering the biscuit by means of pressureless sintering, preserving heat, cooling to room temperature, and shaping and pressing to obtain a finished product. The process is simple, the grinding is thorough, the alumina ceramic with good heat dissipation performance and excellent wear resistance is prepared, and the performance of the material is optimized.
本发明公开了一种高强度氧化铝陶瓷基础材料的制备方法,按配方称量所需的氧化铝、膨润土、复合稳定剂、消泡剂、烧结助剂、硫酸钡、钙镁矿物以及石墨烯各种原料,下料入球磨机,配好的原料充分球磨;在球磨机中添加的球磨料与有机成型粘接剂充分混合,再次通过球磨机进行球磨处理;再将原料干燥后,采用等静压成型、滚压成型或轴向加压成型,制得坯体;将生坯处理排出有机成型粘接剂,生坯排胶后为素坯,再将素坯烧结,烧结为无压烧结,保温、冷却至室温后,进行定型压制得到成品。本发明工艺简单,研磨彻底,制备出了散热性能良好,耐磨性能优异的氧化铝陶瓷,优化了材料的性能。
