The invention relates to dental zirconia ceramic slurry for 3D printing and a preparation method and application thereof. The fluid characteristic of the zirconia ceramic slurry and the mechanical property of a printed blank are further improved through grain size distribution of zirconia powder with different grain sizes, and the zirconia ceramic slurry prepared by the method is better in rheological property and higher in printability. According to a ceramic blank prepared through extrusion forming 3D printing, under the condition that the solid content of ceramic slurry is not changed, the relative density, the linear shrinkage rate, the bending strength and other physical and mechanical properties are all improved.
本发明涉及一种用于3D打印的齿科氧化锆陶瓷浆料及制备方法及应用,通过不同粒径氧化锆粉体的颗粒级配进一步提高氧化锆陶瓷浆料的流体特性以及打印坯体的机械性能,通过本发明方法制备的氧化锆陶瓷浆料流变性能更好,可打印性更高,经挤出成形3D打印制备的陶瓷坯体在不改变陶瓷浆料固含量的情况下,相对密度、线性收缩率、抗弯强度等物理、机械性能都有所提高。
