The invention discloses a carbon dust collection powder recycling method. The method comprises the following steps: preparing solid medium-temperature pitch and dust collection powder; introducing heat conduction oil into a mixing and kneading pot, and preheating; putting the dust collection powder into the mixing and kneading pot, carrying out dry mixing for 20 minutes, adding the prepared medium-temperature asphalt particles, and carrying out wet mixing for 20 minutes; pouring the mixed and kneaded paste into an extrusion molding machine, and extruding the paste into a green body by using the extrusion molding machine; cooling the green body through a water tank until the temperature of the green body is lower than 45 DEG C; packaging and bundling the cooled green bodies in groups; putting the bundled green bodies into a roasting furnace, and roasting for 168 hours under the condition that air is isolated, wherein the flame path temperature is 1150 DEG C, and the blank temperature is 1050 DEG C; cooling the roasted clinker to normal temperature; and crushing the roasted clinker which is cooled to normal temperature into particle materials with a size of 3-6 mm through impact crushing or cone crushing equipment, wherein the particle materials are used as fillers in a roasting workshop. According to the invention, the utilization value of the dust collection powder can be improved, and tailings generated in the production process of the anode carbon block for aluminum are solved.
本发明公开了一种炭素收尘粉再利用方法,包括以下步骤:准备固体中温沥青和收尘粉;在混捏锅内通入导热油预热;将收尘粉放入混捏锅内干混20分钟,然后加入准备好的中温沥青颗粒进行湿混20分钟;将混捏好的糊料倒入挤压成型机内,用挤压成型机将糊料挤压成生坯;将生坯通过水槽进行冷却,使生坯的温度冷却到小于45℃;将冷却过的生坯进行分组包装捆扎;将捆扎好的生坯放入焙烧炉,在隔绝空气下进行168小时焙烧,火道温度1150℃,坯料温度1050℃;将焙烧过的熟料冷却到常温;通过反击破或圆锥破设备将焙烧过的冷却到常温的熟料破碎到成3‑6mm颗粒物料,作为焙烧车间填充料使用。本发明能够提高收尘粉利用价值,解决铝用阳极炭快生产过程中产生的尾料。
