The invention discloses a method for preparing ceramsite by using chromium-contaminated soil and ceramsite, wherein the method comprises the steps: grinding the chromium-contaminated soil and sludge from a water supply plant, adding water for size mixing to obtain slurry, and granulating and sintering the slurry to obtain the ceramsite. The water absorption rate of the obtained ceramsite is 6.5%-8.5%, the stacking density is 668.1 kg/m<3>-728.1 kg/m<3>, the compressive strength of particles is 802.7 N-822.4 N, and the curing rate of hexavalent chromium is 99.33%-99.35%. The preparation method of the ceramsite is simple to operate, does not need additional commercial additives, can realize effective resource utilization of waste resources, and achieves the purpose of treating wastes with wastes.
本发明公开了一种利用铬污染土壤制备陶粒的方法及陶粒,将铬污染土壤和给水厂污泥经过粉磨后,加水调浆,得到浆料,将所述浆料进行造粒和烧结,即得陶粒。所得陶粒的吸水率为6.5%~8.5%,堆积密度为668.1kg/m3~728.1kg/m3,颗粒抗压强度为802.7N~822.4N,六价铬固化率为99.33%~99.35%。且陶粒的制备方法操作简单,无需额外添加商品助剂,能够实现废物资源的有效资源化利用,达到了“以废治废”的目的。
