The invention discloses an endless rope turnout adjusting device which comprises a first sleeper, an arc-shaped steel rail, a rotating shaft, a third sleeper, a second sleeper, a guide groove, an auxiliary buckling seat, an auxiliary buckling handle and an adjusting part. The horizontal arc-shaped steel rail is installed at the top end of the first sleeper, and the vertical rotating shaft is fixed to the bottom end of the right portion of the arc-shaped steel rail; a third horizontal sleeper and a second horizontal sleeper are sequentially installed at the bottom of the rotating shaft from left to right, and the left ends and the right ends of the first sleeper, the second sleeper and the third sleeper are provided with horizontal guide grooves respectively. The device is firm and durable, pneumatic operation is achieved, the device can effectively adapt to the complex working environment in a mine, mine car derailment and rollover accidents caused by rail breakage are effectively avoided, and car running accidents caused by endless rope breakage due to frequent friction between a steel wire rope and a turnout are also avoided; and meanwhile, the increased workload and additional risks caused by channel resetting and steel wire rope replacement are avoided.
本发明公开了一种无极绳道岔调节装置,包括第一枕木、弧形钢轨、旋转轴、第三枕木、第二枕木、导向槽、副扣接座、副扣接柄、调节部分,所述第一枕木顶端安装有一水平的弧形钢轨,所述弧形钢轨右部底端固定有一竖直的旋转轴,所述旋转轴底部从左到右依次安装有水平的第三枕木和第二枕木,所述第一枕木、第二枕木和第三枕木左右两端各开有一水平的导向槽。本发明坚固耐用,实现了气动操作,能够有效的适应矿井内部复杂的工作环境,既有效避免了因轨道断裂,导致的矿车掉道、翻车事故,也避免了因钢丝绳与道岔频繁摩擦而造成的无极绳断裂而产生的跑车事故,同时还避免了因复道及更换钢丝绳增加的工作量及其额外风险。
