The device has the advantages that the whole device is installed at a set place, a storage battery is charged through a solar cell panel, the storage battery supplies power to the light controller, the light controller carries out power supply switching on and off on the LED lamp in a timing or light sensing mode, the lighting indication effect of the whole device is achieved, and therefore the road indicator is brighter, the method that a traditional road indicator uses a reflective film is replaced, and the device is novel in structure, convenient to operate and higher in safety.
