The invention relates to the technical field of sewage monitoring, in particular to a water quality on-line monitoring device, an intercepting system and a water quality on-line monitoring method. The interior of a shell of the water quality on-line monitoring device is divided into a first cavity; a first conveying device is used for conveying external sewage into the first cavity, and then a filtering device is used for physically filtering the sewage in the first cavity; and finally, the water quality detection device is used for detecting the water quality of the sewage physically filtered by the filtering device, so that different water quality parameters of the sewage in a confluence pipeline of a intercepting well can be monitored in real time, the sewage in the intercepting well can be shunted according to the water quality parameters, and the shunting accuracy is improved.
