A vertical linear movement of the gate plate (6) is realized through a transmission mechanism arranged on the gate plate (6). The transmission mechanism comprises a hand wheel driving worm reducer (2), a transmission shaft (3) and a chain wheel (4), wherein a chain (7) arranged on the gate plate (6) is meshed with the chain wheel (4), and the opening degree of the gate plate (6) is controlled through the hand wheel driving worm reducer (2) and the transmission shaft (3). The opening degree of the gate plate (6) can be accurately controlled, and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.
