The body comprises a first water inlet, a second water inlet and two water outlets, the first water inlet is communicated with cold water, and the second water inlet is communicated with hot water; the first valve element is communicated with the first water inlet and the second water inlet, adjusts the mixing proportion of the cold water and the hot water and then is communicated to the second valve element, the second valve element is communicated with the first valve element and selectively communicated with one water outlet, and the second valve element is communicated with one water outlet all the time; and the first valve element is sequentially switched among the closing position, the opening position and the limiting position. By applying the technical scheme, the shower switching device started by the cold water can be realized.
