Magnesium oxide-based desulfurizing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a magnesium oxide-based desulfurizing agent, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-700 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 400-600 parts of deionized water and 20-70 parts of a pore forming agent. The preparation method of the magnesium oxide-based desulfurizing agent comprises the following steps: 1, taking magnesite, and performing impurity removal and crushing on the magnesite; 2, putting the magnesite crushed in the step 1 into a combustion kiln, and calcining, wherein the calcination temperature ranges from 300 DEG C to 500 DEG C, the calcination time ranges from 20 min to 60 min, magnesium oxide is obtained, the purity ranges from 80 to 90%, and the particle size ranges from 20 micrometers to 40 micrometers; 3, curing the magnesium oxide obtained in the step 2 to generate magnesium hydroxide; and 4, uniformly mixing magnesium hydroxide, a pore-forming agent and deionized water according to a certain ratio to obtain the magnesium oxide-based desulfurizing agent. Compared with the prior art, the desulfurizing agent of the invention has the advantages of high desulfurization efficiency and simple and convenient preparation process.
本发明公开了种氧化镁基脱硫剂,由以下重量份原料组成:氢氧化镁300‑700份、去离子水400‑600份、造孔剂20‑70份。一种氧化镁基脱硫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:取菱镁矿,并对其进行除杂、破碎;步骤二:将步骤一中破碎后的菱镁矿放入燃烧窑中进行煅烧,煅烧温度为300‑500度,煅烧时间为20‑60min,得到氧化镁,纯度为80%‑90%,粒径为20‑40μm;步骤三:将步骤二中得到的氧化镁经熟化生成氢氧化镁;步骤四:按照一定配比将氢氧化镁、造孔剂和去离子水混合均匀即得到氧化镁基脱硫剂。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:脱硫效率较高,同时制备工艺较为简单方便。
