The invention discloses an offshore wind turbine foundation berthing piece protective sleeve and a preparation method thereof. The protective sleeve is of a long cylinder structure formed by sequentially connecting multiple sets of protective sleeve units in series and wrapping an anti-collision steel pipe of a berthing piece, each protective sleeve unit is formed by two same splicing bodies in a butt joint mode, and each splicing body comprises a protective main body part. The protective main body part is of a semi-ring structure, the cross section of the protective main body part is semicircular, two ends of the protective main body part are respectively provided with a strip-shaped mounting edge which is as high as the protective main body, and a plurality of groups of mounting holes are formed in the mounting edge. The two splicing bodies are in threaded connection through the opposite mounting holes in the mounting edges of the splicing bodies. In the preparation method, the requirements of low cost, high precision, excellent appearance and high reliability of the product are ensured by designing and controlling a sizing material formula, a forming mold, process parameters and the like.
