Concrete composition containing steel fibers
The invention discloses a concrete composition containing steel fibers, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The concrete composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 120 to 140 parts of cement, 80 to 100 parts of water, 50 to 80 parts of steel fiber, 20 to 30 parts of fly ash, 6 to 10 parts of a modifier, 6 to 8 parts of a melamine water reducing agent and 1 to 5 parts of a dispersing agent. The modifier comprises sorbitan monopalmitate, calcium stearate and sodium fluosilicate in a mass ratio of 7:3:2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing cement, water, steel fibers, fly ash, a modifier, a melamine water reducing agent and a dispersing agent; (2) transferring the raw materials in the step (1) into a stirrer, conducting stirring and mixing, and pouring the formed mixture into a mold; and (3) curing the concrete in the mold in the step (2). Compared with the prior art, the prepared concrete is excellent in various performance parameters and has high strength and high heat storage and heat preservation effects.
