The invention discloses alkali-activated slag, seawater and sea sand concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the concrete comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 16-20% of industrial waste residue, 1-3% of alkali activator raw material, 8-10% of seawater, 20-25% of sea sand and 45-55% of coarse aggregate, the concrete is prepared by uniformly mixing the industrial waste residues, alkali activator, seawater, sea sand and coarse aggregate. According to the prepared concrete, seawater and sea sand marine resources are fully utilized, industrial solid waste such as slag is used as a cementing material, consumption of traditional material resources such as fresh water and river sand can be reduced, and solid waste resource reutilization is achieved. The alkali-activated cementing material has the advantages of compact slurry structure, chloride ion fixation and the like, is suitable for high-temperature, high-humidity and high-salt marine environments, and can effectively reduce the construction cost and the construction period of a project when being applied to the construction of engineering infrastructures in an open sea island reef area.
