The floating block unit comprises a shell part, a framework and a filling layer, wherein the framework and the filling layer are arranged in the shell part; each floating block unit comprises a floating platform and a plurality of extension parts extending from the side edge of the floating platform, the whole floating block unit is in a triangular shape, a cross shape, a rhombus shape or other geometric shapes, and serial connection holes are formed in the geometric centers of the floating platform and the extension parts; the plurality of floating block units are sequentially arranged and are connected into a whole to form the floating breakwater structure by penetrating through the opposite serial connection holes through serial connection cables, the floating breakwater structure is provided with a floating embankment arranged in the transverse direction and wave-resistant skirts arranged at the two ends of the bottom of the floating embankment and is fixed to a seabed through mooring cables.
