The steel plate cofferdam structure comprises steel plate piles, and a rectangular cofferdam is defined by the steel plate piles; bases and first rotating plates rotationally connected to the tops of the bases are arranged at the tops of the steel plate piles, the bases are arranged at the tops of the two opposite edges of the rectangular cofferdam, the bases are arranged along the whole length of the edges of the rectangular cofferdam, and the first rotating plates are arranged along the whole length of the bases; inserting grooves corresponding to the steel plate piles are formed in the bottom end faces of the bases, the tops of the steel plate piles are inserted into the inserting grooves, and a plurality of locking pieces used for locking the bases on the steel plate piles are arranged on the side faces, deviating from the steel plate piles, of the bases; a convex strip arranged in the length direction of the first rotating plate is arranged on the side, close to the other first rotating plate, of the first rotating plate, and the convex strip is arranged at the end, away from the base, of the first rotating plate; and a clamping groove used for clamping the convex strip on the other first rotating plate is formed in the side face, facing the other first rotating plate, of the first rotating plate. The steel plate cofferdam structure has the effect of reducing rainwater entering the rectangular cofferdam.
