The invention relates to a fireproof, sound-absorbing and pressure-releasing integrated enclosure wall body for a transformer substation. The fireproof, sound-absorbing and pressure-releasing integrated enclosure wall body comprises a main keel, a perforated sound-absorbing plate, a fireproof plate I and two fireproof plates II, wherein the perforated sound-absorbing plate and the fireproof plate I are respectively arranged on the front and rear sides of the main keel, the two fireproof plates II are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the main keel, sound-absorbing glass wool is arranged between the perforated sound-absorbing plate and the fireproof plates II, and fireproof rock wool is arranged between the fireproof plate I and the fireproof plates II. According to the technical scheme, the sound-absorbing plate and the porous glass wool are adopted on the inner side of the enclosure wall body, so that the enclosure wall body has good sound-absorbing performance; the outer side of the wall body adopts the form of the fireproof plates and the rock wool, so that the fireproof performance is good, and the one-hour fire endurance requirement can be met; and both the sound-absorbing plate and the fireproof plates are made of fragile materials, a pressure relief test finds that the explosion venting function is good, and the enclosure wallboard is an integrated wallboard of a light structure and meets the pressure relief requirement.
本发明涉及一种集防火、吸声、泄压功能于一体的变电站用围护墙体,包括主龙骨、分别设置在主龙骨前后两侧的穿孔吸声板和防火板一以及对称设置在主龙骨左右两侧的两个防火板二;所述穿孔吸声板与防火板二之间设有吸声玻璃棉,所述防火板一与防火板二之间设有防火岩棉。由以上技术方案可知,本发明所述的围护墙体内侧采用吸声板和孔隙性玻璃棉,具有较好的吸声性能;墙体外侧采用防火板加岩棉的型式,具有较好的防火性能,可满足一小时耐火极限要求;吸声板和防火板均为脆性材料,通过泄压试验发现,具有很好的泄爆功能,且本发明所述的围护墙板为采用轻质结构的一体化墙板,满足泄压要求。
