The integrated building structure comprises a building wallboard, an adjusting rod, a circulating pump, a heat exchange system, an underground energy storage system, a rotating rod and a communicating pipe. Bosses are symmetrically arranged at the left end and the right end of the front side face of the building wallboard, and an open groove is formed in the front side face of the building wallboard; the adjusting rod is installed in the open groove, and a light storage plate and a reflecting plate are fixed to the inner face and the outer face of the adjusting rod respectively; the two ends of the circulating pump are connected with a heat exchange system and a communicating pipe respectively; the heat exchange system and the underground energy storage system are both arranged under the ground of a building; the rotating rod is mounted in a vertical groove, and the rotating rod is connected with a connecting rod through a limiting ring; and the communicating pipe is embedded in a boss.
