The invention relates to a gypsum-based heat preservation slurry grooved floor heating system and a construction method. The floor heating system is composed of a protection layer, a floor heating pipe, a heating pipe groove and a heat insulation layer; the construction method comprises the following steps that the gypsum-based heat preservation slurry is mixed on site, pouring, and spreading are conducted on a sound insulation pad or a floor to form the heat insulation layer; after the heat insulation layer is hardened, a grooving machine is used for forming the heating pipe groove according to a designed route; after the heating pipe groove is formed, the floor heating pipe is laid in the heating pipe groove according to the designed line; and after the floor heating pipe is laid, gypsum-based self-leveling mortar or cement mortar is constructed on the heat insulation layer and the floor heating pipe to stick a floor tile protection layer. The floor heating system is in-place in heat insulation, good in heat dissipation, stable, durable and convenient to construct, and the quality, efficiency and cost of the floor heating system can be remarkably improved.
