The invention relates to the field of archive management, and in particular, relates to a safe and intelligent archive cabinet which comprises a partition plate mechanism, a self-locking mechanism, a door opening mechanism and a sliding mechanism; archives usually need to be obliquely placed under the condition that the number of the archives is small, in this way, the archives can be prevented from toppling over, and a plate block is pushed rightwards to be tightly attached to the archives; therefore, the archives can push a pressing block, a sliding rod can extrude the upper end and the lower end of a drawer to fix the plate block, the plate block can enable the archives not to be placed obliquely, and the plate block achieves the self-locking effect by arranging a ratchet wheel and a locking claw clamp; when the plate block needs to be moved away to take out the archives, only the locking claw needs to be wrenched downwards and the plate block needs to be moved leftwards; and a cover plate can be driven to be opened while a bottom plate is driven to slide out a part to facilitate taking of the archives when the rotating disc is rotated, and the cover plate can be driven to be closed while the bottom plate is driven to reset when the rotating disc is rotated reversely, so that time and labor are saved, and convenience is achieved.
