The invention discloses a curtain box and a suspended ceiling structure thereof, relates to the field of building indoor decoration and aims to provide a curtain box which is simple in structure and convenient to mount. The curtain box is installed at the position close to a top structure and a side wall and comprises a first connecting assembly, a first panel, a second connecting assembly and a second panel. The first connecting assembly is connected with the top structure, the second connecting assembly is connected with the side wall, the end, close to the top structure, of the first panel is connected with the first connecting assembly, the end, close to the side wall, of the second panel is connected with the second connecting assembly, and the other end of the second panel is connected with the first panel. Wherein a containing groove is defined by the first panel, the second panel and the side walls, an opening of the containing groove is away from the top structure, and the second panel and the top structure are arranged in a spaced mode. The curtain box is used for installing the indoor curtain box.
