The thermal insulation mortar processing device comprises a square column, a conical block, a storage barrel and a middle beam; the lower end of the square column is fixedly connected to the middle of the conical block, the upper side and the lower side of the storage barrel are open, the middle beam is fixedly connected to the upper side of the storage barrel, the square column is vertically and slidably connected to the middle of the middle beam, and the conical block is located at the lower side of the storage barrel. The upper half part and the lower half part of the conical block are conical.
