The invention discloses flaky bismuth barium strontium titanate template crystal grains and a preparation method thereof, wherein the chemical formula of the template crystal grain is BaxSryBi4Ti4O15, 0<=x<=1, 0<=y<=1, and x and y are not 0 at the same time; and the template crystal grains are prepared by adopting a two-step molten salt method which comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a Bi4Ti3O12 precursor under a molten salt system by taking Bi2O3 and TiO2 as raw materials; and step 2, taking the Bi4Ti3O12 powder obtained in the step 1, BaCO3, SrCO3 and TiO2 as raw materials, and preparing the flaky barium strontium bismuth titanate template in the molten salt system. The preparation method of the flaky bismuth barium strontium titanate template crystal grains disclosed by the invention is low in cost and simple in process, the synthesized flaky template seed crystals meet the requirements of a high-quality textured ceramic preparation process, the regulation and control of the template crystal grain size can be realized by adjusting process parameters, and the applicability of the template is improved. According to the high-quality bismuth system layer lead-free texture piezoelectric ceramic prepared from the flaky bismuth barium strontium titanate template crystal grains, the comprehensive performance is remarkably improved, and the application range of the piezoelectric ceramic is greatly widened.
本发明公开了一种片状钛酸铋锶钡模板晶粒及其制备方法,所述模板晶粒化学式为BaxSryBi4Ti4O15,其中,0≤x≤1,0≤y≤1;x和y不同时为0,所述模板晶粒采用两步熔盐法制备,包括以下步骤:步骤1,以Bi2O3和TiO2为原料,熔盐体系下制备Bi4Ti3O12前驱体;步骤2,以步骤1得到的Bi4Ti3O12粉体和BaCO3、SrCO3、TiO2为原料,熔盐体系下制备片状钛酸铋锶钡模板。本发明公开的片状钛酸铋锶钡模板晶粒制备方法成本低、工艺简单,合成的片状模板籽晶符合高质量织构陶瓷制备工艺要求,且通过工艺参数调整可实现模板晶粒尺寸的调控,提高模板的适用性。采用本发明的片状钛酸铋锶钡模板晶粒制备的高质量铋系层无铅织构压电陶瓷,显著提高综合性能,极大拓宽了其应用范围。
