The invention discloses a cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps of pretreating municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash to obtain bottom ash powder with different particle size ranges; selecting the bottom ash powder in two particle size ranges, and conducting mixing to obtain a bottom ash combination with a calcium-silicon ratio in a preset range; mixing the bottom ash combination, alkali and water, conducting stirring, and conducting standing to obtain a first mixture; mixing the first mixture, calcium hydroxide and a mineral admixture to obtain a second mixture; mixing the second mixture with an exciting agent, and conducting stirring to obtain cementing slurry; and curing the cementing slurry to obtain the cementing material. According to the method, the difference of active components of the municipal waste domestic incineration bottom ash with different particle sizes is considered, the bottom ash with different particle size ranges is combined, and it is ensured that the calcium-silicon ratio in the combined bottom ash is within the preset range, so that the alkali-activated effect can be optimized, and the compression resistance of the prepared alkali-activated cementing material is improved.
本发明公开一种胶凝材料及其制备方法。方法包括:将城市生活垃圾焚烧底灰进行预处理,得到不同粒径范围的底灰粉末;选取两类粒径范围的底灰粉末进行混合,得到钙硅比在预设范围内的底灰组合;将底灰组合、碱和水混合,并搅拌后,静置,得到第一混合料;将第一混合料、氢氧化钙和矿物掺合料混合,得到第二混合料;将第二混合料与激发剂混合,并搅拌,得到胶凝浆体;将胶凝浆体进行养护,得到胶凝材料。本发明考虑到不同粒径的城市垃圾生活焚烧底灰的活性成分的差异性,通过将不同粒径范围的底灰进行组合,确保组合后底灰中钙硅比在预设范围内,这样能够优化碱激发的效果,提高制得的碱激发胶凝材料的抗压性能。
