The invention provides a preparation method of a polycrystalline cubic boron nitride diamond composite material. The preparation method of the polycrystalline cubic boron nitride diamond composite material comprises the following steps: S1, material selection: (1) selecting ammonia borane with the purity of 99.9% and the size of 1-5 [mu]m and diamond with the size of 100-500 [mu]m as initial raw materials; and (2) selecting 30-100 parts by weight of ammonia borane and 10-80 parts by weight of diamond. According to the preparation method of the polycrystalline cubic boron nitride diamond composite material, the binding agent-free polycrystalline diamond/cubic boron nitride sintered body composite material is prepared through the in-situ reaction, cubic boron nitride and diamond can be evenly distributed in a polycrystalline sintered body, and the consistency of the microstructure of the polycrystalline sintered body is guaranteed; and bonding is directly formed through cubic boron nitride and diamond, the bonding is compact, the pressure condition required by synthesis is slightly low, and large-scale industrial production is facilitated.
本发明提供一种多晶立方氮化硼金刚石复合材料的制备方法。所述多晶立方氮化硼金刚石复合材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、材料选取:(1).选择纯度为99.9%,大小为1‑5μm氨硼烷和金刚石大小为100‑500μm为初始原料;(2).氨硼烷重量份为30‑100份,金刚石重量份为10‑80份。本发明提供的多晶立方氮化硼金刚石复合材料的制备方法通过原位反应制备出无结合剂多晶金刚石/立方氮化硼烧结体复合材料,可以使立方氮化硼和金刚石在多晶烧结体中均匀分布,保证多晶烧结体显微组织的一致性,并且通过立方氮化硼和金刚石直接形成键合,结合致密,同时其合成所需压力条件略低,便于规模工业化生产的优点。
