And the settlement compensation device comprises a lifting rod, a serrated wheel, a conical driving gear, a rotating rod, a conical driven gear and a screw rod. The lifting block and the lifting rod are driven to lift by using the elastic restoring force of the steel rail, so that the serrated wheel is driven to rotate, the conical driving gear and the conical driven gear are sequentially driven to rotate through the rotation of the rotating rod, and finally the screw rod is driven to rotate and lift to realize automatic settlement compensation, and the sleeper is simple in structure and convenient to mount and use, the rail surface elevation can be automatically adjusted in real time, the smoothness of the rail surface of the steel rail can still be maintained after differential settlement of the sub-rail foundation occurs, the problem of rail surface irregularity is effectively solved, and the maintenance workload of the railway engineering department is greatly reduced.
